Chandigarh University Distance Education Admission Process.

 

.1.Application

 

The candidates applying for admission to the Chandigarh University Institute of Open & Distance Learning Program (CUODL) must complete an application form, either online at the university website or physically at the university's main campus or regional admission offices. The website will provide all the pertinent information.

Important points to keep in mind:-

 

●     Every admittance will be a PROVISIONAL one.

●     If the full amount of money is not paid and/or the requisite documents are not submitted (either electronically or physically) within the allotted time, admission will be revoked. The University is not liable for any missed opportunities or subsequent losses or damages.

●     The University is permitted to alter the dates that have been declared, and in such event, a notification will be made.

●     Program information: You can find the Program information, as well as admission requirements for various programs, in the brochure or on the University ODL website,

●     Before completing the application form, the Candidates should carefully read the instructions provided in the prospectus. Ways of paying fees

 

2. Mode of fee payments.

 

1. Internet

 

Students must register on a website and pay for the e-prospectus using an online payment method. The applicant will receive a University Account Number and a payment gateway after the application form is enabled.

         Challan, RTGS/NEFT, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card (ATM), and Payment               Gateway are available.

 

2. Offline.

 

Prospectuses can be purchased by students who go to the Regional Admission Office or the Chandigarh University Campus in Gharuan, Mohali.

Students can pay the money in person at Regional Admission Offices or the Chandigarh University Campus using a challan or electronically using a credit card, debit card, or Pay U Money after completing the necessary admission processes.

 

3. Admission Refund/Withdrawal Procedure

 

A candidate must submit a refund/withdrawal application in the required format to the in charge of the admission cell at Chandigarh University before the deadline if they wish to cancel their admission (check Important dates).

Requests for refunds made verbally or without the original fee receipts won't be taken into consideration.

 

 

Chandigarh University Distance Education eligibility and criteria.
